Thanks for publishing your book about differential geometry and
Maxima. I have uploaded the PDF to the file storage for the Maxima web
pages, in the folder htdocs/docs/tutorial/en, with the file name
lindner-DiffGeo-of-Surfaces-Maxima.pdf.

There remains the task of creating a link on the publications page --
I will try to work on that today or tomorrow (or anyone else can do it
if they choose).
