My system: wsMaxima 20.12.1 , Linux Mint 21 I'm doing a 3D graphic with two surfaces. who intersect. Surface parts below the other surface should not be visible (surface_hide=true). If both surfaces are enhanced3d = false or if both surfaces have an enhanced3d unequally false, the graphic will work fine. But if only one surface is enhanced3d = false, the other is not false, the graphic is incorrect: some parts above, i.e. visible parts are invisible, the underlying parts are visible. See the graphics in the attachement. The note in the wxMaxima manual "When enhanced3d is assigned something different to none, options color and surface_hide are ignored" is not correct; because if both surfaces enhanced3d are unequally false, surface_hide works. Is this a mistake by me or wxMaxima? Thanks for answer. Wolfgang Pavel Akad. Direktor a.D. Jägerstraße 15a 97082 Würzburg Tel.: +49 (0) 931 706126 E-Mail: po...@wp...
