[Maxima-discuss] line numbers while debugging a script

Hi,

whenever I get control in Maxima's debugger, the displayed line numbers  
are too small (in most cases).

I've observed the following "rules" for the discrepancies

- empty lines in front of a function definition at the outermost level  
increase the discrepancy by 1
   except when  following a comment

- any function definition preceeding the function to be debugged  
increases the discrepancy by 1

Am I missing some rule? Is there some utility which produces a listing  
with line numbers
which correspond to those displayed by the debugger?
