curiously, derivation of these coefficients has been addressed 
(repeatedly) by calculations
in computer algebra systems.   I think it is in a library in 
Mathematica.  I think that Maple
has some routines, and that a paper was written using Macsyma, perhaps 
in the 1970s.
But Google doesn't find that one.

I think that RKF45 program source in C, C++, Fortran, etc is in netlib.org
