That means: There is a blacklist removal center at Spamhaus: https://www.spamhaus.org/lookup/ 216.34.181.88 and 217.72.192.67 (where I get the mailing list mails from) aren't listed there - but as long as we don't know what this "blacklist provider" is it is hard to find out if it keeps sourceforge on its blacklist.
