The following limit is not correct for b>1 and b<=0;

(%i1) limit(sqrt(z)/b^z,z,inf);
(%o1) inf

Maxima knows the correct answer for b>1:

(%i10) assume(b>1)$
(%i11) limit(sqrt(z)/b^z,z,inf);
(%o11) 0

Fixed in limit.lisp rev 1.73
