I changed %ex to %exp in two places in hayat.lisp. The testsuite showed no bugs or improvement.
First I thought the exp-form symbol property on %ex was simply a typo, but the %ex is
referenced one more time in the source.

The same thing happens in commercial Macsyma.

It seems to be a taylor series only feature.  No properties
relating to evaluation or simplification are on $ex or %ex
except that the noun form of $ex is %ex.
