expression.

    There is no user function 'Simplify.' Maybe you want the
    function 'ratsimp.' There are many other such
    simplification functions. To read the user documentation for
    'ratsimp,' at an input prompt, type ? ratsimp. If you have
    questions, try the main Maxima mailing list.

    Maxima is case sensitive (your expression has an x and X in
    it). Maybe that was intended.

    After a few days, I'll close this report as not a bug. Next
