defrule (a, b, c) (all atoms) constructs a rule that
confuses kill(); try "defrule (a,b,c); kill(rules)"
which yields a Lisp error, "$B is not of type LIST".

    Not present in 5.9.3cvs. I believe this bug was fixed by
    r1.10 src/matcom.lisp. Closing this report as fixed.
