Functions for finite fields and Galois fields gf_* and ef_* are not documented in the reference manual.

There is a tutorial document in share/contrib/gf (namely gf_manual.tex) and that's great, but a function reference would help a lot.

The code is in src/numth.lisp and in share/contrib/gf/gf.mac.
