#4657 lurkmathml uses mfenced
The mfenced element in mathml is not supported in almost all modern browsers:
see this MDN page. This means that MathML produced by the lurkmathml package is not rendered correctly in modern browsers.
As discussed on the referenced webpage and elsewhere, mrow and mo elements provide a way to emulate mfenced.
The attached patch implements the suggested emulation for lurkmathml.
OK by me to change it as suggested.
