The file "share/info/dir" included in Windows releases doesn't include an entry for the maxima manual.

The contents of this file is exactly the same, if one builds on Linux or a (crosscompiled) Windows installer. When building the Windows installer I just do the usual ./configure ; make ; make install procedure for Maxima. Whats wrong?
