#2904 maxima freeze on a little complex expression

When entering following expression, maxima get frozen;
a:sqrt(b^2-4*c*(d-e))

Not in Maxima 5.34.1 :

(%i1) a:sqrt(b^2-4c(d-e));

(%o1) sqrt(b - 4 c (d - e))

I think, it may be a problem in the wmMaxima.

I'm not having any problem either with wxMaxima 14.12.0.

This is the evidence.
When wmMaxima freezes, its process seems to consume an entire CPU core.

I would appreciate if you could try the command in Maxima (and report which version of Maxima is being used).
I don't have this problem but I use linux and a slightly older wxMaxima version.

I'm using wxMaxima 14.12.1 and Maxima 5.35.1.2, the latest version for Windows.
This problem doesn't seem to happen with other frontend. XMaxima.

Problem apparently fixed in the git version so the next stable version should have it fixed. I think it's safe to close this thread.
