#28 cartan.dem does not work

it is loading cartan.lsp but the actual file is named
cartan.lisp.
Also need to fix the demo file. Tell the user put
"caps" on. Also "~" is the exterior product not "&"
as mentioned in the demo file.

Suggest deleting all material below the "load" line,
and name the file "cartan.bat" to be batched when the
user wants exterior calculus loaded in.

The load command is now load("cartan"), which works.

I couldn't get the demo to work. I tried changing & to ~ but
probably the wrong ones.
