'rowp' fails if 'p' function is defined:

(%i2) block(local(p), p[any]:=error(), rowop(matrix([a],[b]),1,2,x));

#1: rowop(m=matrix([a],[b]),i=1,j=2,theta=x)(linearalgebra.mac line 161)
-- an error. To debug this try: debugmode(true);

I am attaching a trivial patch to fix this.
