integrate((x^5+x^2)/(x^6+x^3+1),x);

However, it successes to
integrate(x^5/(x^6+x^3+1),x) + integrate(x^2/(x^6+x^3+1),x);

I think we can check the gcd of powers of the x's in x*f(x) when integrating f(x)
