#2419 rk() does not accept expressions in its arguments

In the arguments where rk() expects a number, it should accept expressions that can be coerced into floating-point numbers. for instance,
rk(x,x,%e,[t,0,%pi,%pi/2]); should work and give a list of floating-point numbers, not expressions.
