#2101 noninteractive-mode and kill(all)

Hi there!
Issuing a "kill(all)" after loading the interactive-mode makes Maxima pretty much non-functional, since all subsequent evaluations simply yield a "MEVAL1()".:

    Fixed by r1.5 share/contrib/noninteractive/noninteractive.lisp and r1.6 share/contrib/noninteractive/noninteractive.mac.
