Maxima doesn't know that asin(1/sqrt(2)) = %pi/4.

(%i9) asin(1/sqrt(2)), %piargs : 'true;
(%o9) asin(1/sqrt(2))

Here is a workaround (is there something better?)

(%i10) %,logarc, rectform;
(%o10) %pi/4

Maxima does know asin(1/2) = %pi / 6:

(%i11) asin(1/2), %piargs : 'true;
(%o11) %pi/6

    After looking at the code in simp-%asin, it seems like an oversight that it doesn't handle 1/sqrt(2).

    I'll try to patch that up soon.
