#1149 factor incomplete within functions

factor(sin(x^3-x)) => sin(x*(x^2-1))

If the factorization is recursing into the arguments of the sin, why does it factor out the x, but not factor fully to

sin(x*(x-1)*(x+1))

? Of course, scanmap(factor,...) does this, but still....
