#1105 current_grobner_basis() missing in manual

hi
after load(affine) the function
current_grobner_basis() which is defined in
affine/binary-gcl/polysmp.lisp is available
i think this function returns the last groebner basis calculated wthith grobner_basis and is therefore the groebner_basis that wil be used when calling polysimp. i think this function was forgotten in the manual currently it is not clear how i can see which basis is used by polysimp.
