This has probably been answered before, but I was wondering how to create MEMM Model for POSTagger based on an annotated corpus. And what format should the annotation be in?

    Hi,
    Sorry it's taken me a while to get back to this.
    
    The format is word_postag, one sentence per line.
    "_`` Okay_UH ,_, tape_VB it_PRP ._.
    
    This sort of questions belongs in https://sourceforge.net/forum/forum.php?forum_id=9943
    This forum just deals with the maxent code and not the nlp stuff built on top of it.
