#9 Can you make maxbin2 available

I try to update the maxbin2 bioconda environemnt. https://github.com/bioconda/bioconda-recipes/pull/25064

Bioconda is probalby the place where you get the most downloads. It seems that the server http://downloads.jbei.org/data/microbial_communities/MaxBin/getfile.php is down or no longer active.

Could you please make maxbin2 available from a stable server which allows direct download via the url?
E.g. zenodo.org , githib, bitbucket

So we can gurantee that many user can continue to enjoy the use of maxbin2
