Hello there,
I am running Maxbin with this command:
run_MaxBin.pl -contig $CONTIG -out $OUT -thread 40 -plotmarker -markerset 107 -verbose -reads_list $READLIST
The program runs for about a week, before it comes out with this error:
Get 2138 seeds.
Error encountered while running core MaxBin program. Error recorded in /gpfs1/scratch/shiming/April-Oct/MaxBin2.log.
Program Stop.
Attached is the log file. Will appreciate any help that I can get!

Hi, I am looking at the log file and I can not see any error lmessage in there
