#13 MAxbin not utilizing multiple threads

I have been running using Maxbin for almost two years with different datasets. In general, it is not a fast binner, but I am very happy in general. Currently, I'm running a massive dataset. It took 50 days to get the last entry on the log and to produce hundreds of fasta (bins?) files using 32 threads and 370 GB of memory. However, for the last 27 days, it is still running using ~1% of the memory and 1 core and dumping every couple of hours a bunch of files with names that seem related to the fastas produced.
