The problem I have is that I'm not able to connect.
When scanning for the cube, 'trace' tells me that cube is found but in 'overview' i don't see it.
When scanning for the host I get this error:
Lan discovery error [10049] Cannot assign requested address, when binding the socket to 192.168.1.1:23272
I really look forward having your SW working!
Thanks
Max

This error means that the software tries to scan the LAN assuming that address of the PC is 192.168.1.1. This is obviously not so. An address likey this is more likely the address of your router, which normally has the first address of the LAN segment: x.x.x.1.
By default the PC address is obtained from the OS. It is possibly that you have a network configuration problem.
fix you PC network settings, if the address is reported incorrectly, or
you can tell explicitly which address to use. On the settings pane there is the field "Host address" for that. Possibly you have it set to 192.168.1.1? Then that is your problem. Clear it up in order to let the program to use the address from the PC network configuration, or
you can set the cube IP address directly and turn LAN discovery off. On the settings pane there is a field for that.

Dear Dmitry, right! Actually it works well, even if sometimes if fails loading properly, and I haven't got why... I'll try now to set up the ODBC connection to trace all data
Thanks a lot, good work!!!

The issue is fixed by adding one device to cube gateway by using the official software.
Then your software is able to connect to the cube permanently ans show the room device as a child object.
So maybe no need to deal with the reported issue further.

Tamás

Right. The M-response contains the list of rooms and devices. When the cube is not yet configured the response is empty. Presently it is impossible to configure the cube without the official software.

Bonjour,
D'avance merci.
Cordialement.
Good morning,
When launching the Max home automation application, the application does not find any cube, I have to enter the IP address manually. This poses a problem when I launch the application remotely via SSH with a virtual graphical environment. Do you have a solution so that it scans the network correctly?
Thanks.
Sincerely.

Usually the issue is fixed by rebooting the cube. Turn the power off. Wait 15 seconds. Plug the cube back. When you start MAX! home automation application again it will find the cube.
P.S. Note that cube discovery works only in the same LAN segment.

Hello Dmitry,
I have a brandnew MAX CUBE and on the trace I can see repeated connected/disconnected message with "Invalid M-response, missing first field"
Do you have an idea what I am doing wrong?
I can see any specific characters "%0D%0A" at the end of "H:" that is listed in "M:" but the leading 0000 was cut somehow or no relation at all.

It looks like it is considered as invalid message...
Shall I do first any kind of intial setup with the offical software to change that parameter?
Here is the repeated messages:
