Mavscript detects LaTeX-files (.tex). Examples show how Mavscript and LaTeX can be used to draw result dependent graphics.
Mavscript provides an additional (built-in) math back-end. Jasymca uses an Octave-like script language and implements support for simple plots. The jasymca mode must be considered experimental. The standard math back-end remains Yacas.
Changes:
- Jasymca Octave mode, implements simple plots
- Mavscript detects LaTeX files (.tex) and then uses paragraph sign § (instead of $)
- default output file prefix "out-" (previously "out.")
- Yacas version 1.3.4, current documentation included.
- Bash and Batch files callable from any directory. It works to add the mavscript program directory to the PATH.
- Examples overhauled and information added about graphs an LaTeX
