#2 local file support (localdb)

This supports Pick like files on the local machine.
Names are "mangled" and "demangled" for special
characters in files names and items within Pick files
when appropriate.

In order to use:

1. Add the jar maverick-localdb-0.1.17.jar to the
classpath in your run or run.bat file.

2. In maverick.ini make:
DATABASE_DRIVER=org.maverickdbms.database.localdb.ldbDa
taInterface

3. In maverick.ini ACCOUNT_PATH should contain a valid
directory reference.

4. In the directory in step 3 create another directory
named VOC (or whatever you have specified in your
VOC_FILE parameter.

5. All locking operations are treated the same as the
nonlocking versions (ie: READU = READ, READVU = READV,
etc.)

6. There is no English/Access/Recall/SQL access to
these files (duh).
