#3 maven-historical-report-plugin:report should use hdc.heading

When invoking the maven-historical-report-plugin:report,
it generates a report that contains all the charts instead
of resticting the charts to the one specified in the
hdc.heading. Some other mechanism to select which
charts needs to be generated would problably be even
better.
