[Maven-plugins-user] maven-cobertura-plugin 1.4-SNAPSHOT available

I just published it for testing.  Changes are:

 - use Cobertura 1.9
 - new property for JVM maxmemory on instrumentation task:
maven.cobertura.instrumentation.maxmemory
 - new property for JVM maxmemory on report task:
maven.cobertura.report.maxmemory
