[Maven-plugins-developer] Release FindBugs 1.3 plugin?

I would like to release FindBugs 1.3 this weekend.  I just published a
hopefully-last snapshot.  We've been running it successfully for the past
week.  Please final-test it and report success and any problems.  Thank you!
