Maven plugin for Solarmetric's Kodo JDO implementation

Changes in this version include:

   New Features:

o This version requires Kodo 4.0.0-EA2 jars. Please note that this version is
   in an early stage.

To automatically install the plugin, type the following on a single line:

maven plugin:download
   -DgroupId=maven-kodo-plugin
   -DartifactId=maven-kodo-plugin
   -Dversion=4.0.0-EA2
