[Maven-plugins-developer] Fixed bad unix permissions on SF

Hi all,

Just wanted to let you know I chmod 664 the files on SourceForge.   
Siegfried pointed out that I had some files that I was the onwer of  
and no one else could modify.  So updating the site docs should now  
work properly.
