[Maven-plugins-developer] Cobertura Source Repository page

This page referenced in the Subject has lots of details about getting
the code.  The pages created for my project only have the link to the
source repository.  I looked and I didn't see anything in the plugin's
xdoc directory and I didn't see any special properties set in
project.properties.  What's the secret?
