[Maven-plugins-developer] Maven History Plugin

I have written a Maven History Plugin that perhaps can be hosted at SF?

There exists another implementation of the "same" plugin with similar 
functionallity, and I have talked to the guys that coded it. They said that 
they would post it to you guys so we could compare the two versions, but I 
haven't heard from the guys in a very long time.
