Done.

The current site is set to aggregate which means that you have to be
able to build all of the subprojects. I worked around that, suggest it
should be changed to independant.

This publish put the project names back into the navigation instead of
the plugin prefixes (which if all the names were consistent I think is
better anyway). Don't know how the previous was done, must have been
hand edited.
