Eric, Fantastic! I removed the fake jar creation in the root maven.xml, and added a property as the root project.properties to pull those dependencies. We can probably remove a bunch of fake jars by populating our local repository. Just need to mention to users that they need to have the http://maven-plugins.sf.net/repository in their maven.repo.remote list.
