maven-plugins has its own area for plugins in its web space :- 
ssh to SourceForge, and cd to 
"/home/groups/m/ma/maven-plugins/htdocs/repository/maven-plugins" (or just 
set the repository based on that). Thats where you put the plugins and 
IBiblio will rsync with it
