Hi all,

I'd agree with Carlos. While using "multiproject" to build the site was a good idea, it takes far too long to run, and is 
often broken by lack of 3rd party jars (including those for "findbugs", "kodo", etc).

We should revert back to a navigation.xml containing the index of plugins, and just let people update their plugins docs 
when they need to. Any volunteer to do it ?
