[Maven-plugins-developer] Findbugs plugin up to 0.7.2

Hi all,

The findbugs plugin was patch to fix a silly navigation link error and
update to use the latest findbugs (0.7.2).  I have uploaded the site and
plugin..

I don't have Maven rc2 working reliably, so the docs are in the older
format.   If someone wants to regenerate the site, that would be great..

I haven't added a download section to the SF site as it seems easier to just
update your project.xml and have Maven pull in the plugin..

Any feedback much appreciated.
