Got it. It was spelt incorrectly. It needs to use *our* groupId 
(maven-plugins) rather than maven. I've symlinked 
/maven/maven-plugins/plugins to /maven/plugins and updated the docs. This 
should get around it for the people trying to use it at the moment.

Yep, fixed that too. There was a typo on the examples as well (groupID 
instead of groupId). I'll re-update the site.

Let me know if there's anything that needs fixing.
