[Maven-plugins-developer] Bad docs on the home page.

The page http://maven-plugins.sourceforge.net/installing.html mentions 
setting maven.repo.remote to the maven-plugins site.

AFAICT, this is plain wrong, and I'd like to change it.

Is this ok?
