[Maven-plugins-developer] maven-plugins.sf.net - sdocbook

Could someone update the sdocbook plugin?

sourceforge cvs is down (as per usual), and as far as I can tell, the 
plugin in 
maven-plugins.sf.net/maven/plugins/maven-sdocbook-plugin-1.3.jar is html 
rather than a jar file.
