[Maven-plugins-developer] Maven SDocBook Plugin 1.3 is out now

Hi folks,

after weeks of holidays and consulting I pushed out the new release 
of the Simplified DocBook Plugin.

Thanks to Andy Jefferson since he fixed two bugs in my project.xml 
before anybody complained.
