Hi dIon,

sorry for the confusion - on the top level project there is no 
description of the plugins, i.e. maven-plugins/xdoc/index.xml

I'm not an expert about the permission within SF but you have Release 
Technician rights now. If there is anybody out how need more 
permissions just tell me ... :-)
