The XML file is created by the FindBugs Ant task. If you
need "use the version id in <BugCollection version="0.8.5">
to display that information on the generated XML.", please
open a request to the FindBugs team.

Hi Benoit,
Current version used is 0.9.4 in maven-findbugs-plugin 1.1.
So that's 1 outta 3 ;-).
Since this RFE has been around so long, do you have patches
for either of the other two ideas?
