[Maven-plugins-developer] Can't generate announcement text!

Hi all,

I have uploaded the 1.0 version of the webtest plugin, but I haven't
been able to generate the announcement text..  Not sure why, something
dodgy about the project, as I've tried it on two different machines...!

Would someone mind taking a look?  

Once I can get the announcement text to generate, and sigi updates the
permissions so I can update the website, then I'll post a more formal
notice!

The webtest plugin however should be available through Ibiblio any
minute now.
