We should add in functionality that can reduce server requests to speed page
loading. IE, if they have multiple JS includes they could put them in a
tag (like <js-compress>) and the plugin would write them to a file and
include that file only to cut down the server requests. The plugin could
also just include the JS on each page as needed instead of using a file to
include, as long as either method keeps the order of the included JavaScript
in the same as the user put it.
