Changes since 2.2.0:

Version 2.2.2 [6/27/2004]

- Use Commons Logging instead of Log4J.
- Log the stacktrace when reloadConfig() throws a Configuration exception on initialization.
- A custom controller factory can now be provided. See the manual for an example.

Version 2.2.1 [virtual]

- Added support for URLs (http:, https:, file:, ftp:, jar:) as paths in
XSL transforms. Also added support for monitoring 'file:' URLs and
re-caching them upon change.
- Redirects now properly encode session ids in the URL (if necessary).

All projects are updated to replace Log4J with Commons Logging.

This really just upgrades the version of fop from 0.20.4 to 0.20.5. There were no source changes, but opt-fop 1.1 had been beta for over a year, so I guess its stable enough to tag this as a release version.

New releases of Maverick and its accompanying optional modules. This adds heterogeneous transform support.

This should be the last release before the final 2.0.0 release of Maverick.

The b3 release of opt-domify fixes problems running with Xalan 2.2+.

Also b2 versions of opt-domify and opt-velocity.

Documentation is still in the works, but the samples are ready and the code is pretty much complete. Check it out.

This fixes a bug in JSP views.

The Punk Image Gallery, v1.0, has been released. This is a full J2EE application using EJBs, Servlets, and (of course) Maverick.

The official 1.0 release of Maverick has been made. This release fixes a couple bugs and adds two servlet configuration parameters.

If you have seen the following exception:

java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException at org.infohazard.domify.NodeAdapter.hasChildNodes(NodeAdapter.java)

Then try version 0.9.7. It should fix the problem.

This release adds suppport for <param> tags in the maverick config file. You can add parameters to transformations and to velocity contexts. The friendbook-velocity example has been updated to make use of this facility.

This release adds support for Velocity and (for the first time) makes significant changes to the config file format.

Maverick now has Velocity Templating support. A release should be around the corner. :)

Primarily this release fixes a serious bug in the Friendbook example causing erratic NullPointerExceptions.

This is the first public release of Maverick.

Source is in CVS and the website is ready!
