#8 How can I reconstruct parameters used in a specific alignmen

Once I've built an alignment, where can I find/save a text listing of all parameters set in that alignment. Can this be provided as a separate file?

    At present the command-line alignment parameters are written out to the console log in the Mauve GUI. The command-line can be copied from there and pasted elsewhere. The full set of parameters is not otherwise recorded. It might be a nice feature to have the alignment parameters recorded inside the alignment itself.
